Franck Ribery had not finished with "the envious, the angry", who criticized him for eating, in a Dubai restaurant, a rib steak covered with gold at 1200 euros (and which actually costs much less).
After very offensive messages published on social networks, the Bayern Munich player replied directly to former journalist Audrey Pulvar, now president of the Foundation for Nature and Mankind, who had tackled him on Twitter: "Mr Franck Ribery if you don't know what to do with your money, there are still many causes to finance and support all over the world".
"And to put an end to this controversy that has no reason to be: I am addressing Audrey Pulvar or Mrs. "I do what I want with my money", with a pair of glasses at 3000 euros with turtle shells, I hope they allow you to see a better professional future than that of the pseudo-journalist you are now," wrote the Boulonnais, who refers to this other controversy dating from 2012, when Pulvar had declared that his glasses were worth 3300 euros and not 15000, as Le Canard Enchaîné claimed.
